I put a few Cure CDs on the CD tray. I press random. I wait for the CDs to skip round to the track the CD player has carefully selected for me. I wait for the CD to spin round a few times, searching the grooves for that special song. I wait in anticipation for a few seconds.
It's fucking "Friday I'm In Love".
Just when I thought I could rely on the Cure for a bit of misery. Maybe I should have put "Pornography" on start to finish. Maybe I should have just stuck with Joy Division. Maybe I shouldn't have made alot of mistakes. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.
