I got paid today, so I paid off my Stay Beautiful poster sleeve 12". It's so yummy and so worth the 20 pounds i paid for it. I also bought Spike by Elvis Costello, Attack Of The Grey Lantern by Mansun and a couple of tickets for the Franz Ferdinand gig in Bradford. I would have bought more, but I'm still in debt for my morrissey tickets with my mum.
Has anyone else noticed how the first few strummed chords of "Bittersweet Bundle Of Misery" by Graham Coxon sounds like "Brimful of Asha" by Cornershop? It really does. You should all buy Happiness In Magazines though, it's all poppy loveliness. I do rather heart Graham.
I have alot of art homework to do this afternoon, then I'm off to a house party at my cousin's boyfriend's house. It should be ok. I really feel like going to a gig tonight, but the only band on are the bloody Blueskins at the Cockpit. My mate's going, as her cousin is the bassist, but I've seen them a million times before. I'll go to the house party instead and hopefully have a great time. I can't drink though; it's an early morning tomorrow, I'm off to my aunty's in Derby for the weekend.
