Fucking great gig last night, didn't take us that long to get there from Leeds which was surprising considering the horror stories I'd been told from the previous night. Got about 10-ish rows back, Doves amazing even though there was a couple in front of me who didn't stop snogging all the bloody way through. Coldplay were obviously amazing, loved the occassional allusions to being a southerner in Bolton! Best bit was almost certainly Kingdom Come / Don't Panic where the set-up was different. Will 'The Champion' Champion on keyboards was wonderful. Swallowed in the Sea another highlight. Guy looked gorgeous. They all looked gorgeous. Fireworks made me jump. There was a bloke who pushed in front of me and then kept saying it was shit. Everything's Not Lost mass choir singalong was wonderful. Took us 3 hours to get home but no-one cared. Ate buns and crisps from 24-hour Asda all the way home. Loved every minute of yesterday. Even better than Manc Apollo in 2001.
